Daniel Boulud

DOMINIQUE CRENN

Having grown up in the vast culinary landscape of France, Dominique Crenn combines her distinct heritage, imaginative gastronomic flair and proven originality behind the stove in a memorable cuisine that has earned her acclaim around the globe. Finding her inspiration in the community, Chef Crenn focuses on artisanal, seasonal and sustainable cooking that has resulted in her being the first woman in the U.S. to have a Two Michelin Star Restaurant. A successful competitor on the popular TV series, “The Next Iron Chef”, Chef Crenn received Eater’s Chef of the Year Award and Esquire Magazine’s Best Chef of the Year, among numerous other honors.

GABRIEL KREUTHER

During the first decade of his career, Chef Gabriel Kreuther created culinary delights at Michelin-starred kitchens throughout Europe before bringing his talent to the U.S., where he was named one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs and received a 2009 James Beard Foundation award for "Best Chef: New York City.” In 2015, Gabriel opened the eponymous restaurant, Gabriel Kreuther, which was named one of the nation’s top 10 restaurants by The Daily Meal and received many other accolades, including The AAA 5 Diamond Award, Best New Restaurant by the Village Voice, 3 Stars from the NY Times & One Michelin Star.
